Running Toward the Light: My Commitment to Girls on the Run

As a Light Language Sound Practitioner, Energy Healer & Channel, and Spiritual Teacher, my mission has always been to awaken humanity and help individuals rise to their highest potential. In my journey to create a world of love, peace, justice, harmony, and unity, I've found a deep calling to support Girls on the Run in their transformative work with young girls.

Girls on the Run is dedicated to empowering the next generation through:

  • Offering research-based after-school programs that blend physical activity with life skills development for girls in 3rd–8th grade

  • Building confidence, self-worth, and a sense of belonging in a safe, inclusive team environment

  • Addressing the growing mental and physical health challenges facing young girls today

  • Guiding participants to complete a 5K at the end of each season — a powerful symbol of what they are capable of

Their whole-person approach honors the body, mind, heart, and spirit — nurturing girls from the inside out.

Why Girls on the Run?

Girls on the Run is lighting the way for a new generation of empowered, self-aware young women. Their mission resonates deeply with my own purpose as a healer and lightworker. Just as I work to help individuals reconnect with their inner truth, sovereignty, and radiance, Girls on the Run works tirelessly to help girls discover their own power — before the world has a chance to dim their light.

While there are many worthy causes in the world, I've chosen to prioritize Girls on the Run for several reasons:

  1. Alignment with the Feminine Rising: The awakening and empowerment of the divine feminine is central to the Ascension timeline I support through my healing practice. Investing in girls is investing in the future of humanity.

  2. Healing at the Root: By reaching girls during these formative years, Girls on the Run helps prevent the very wounds that so many adults seek healing from later in life. This is upstream healing — and it matters deeply.

  3. Mind, Body & Spirit Integration: Their programs honor the whole being — emotional health, physical vitality, community connection — which mirrors the holistic philosophy at the heart of my own work.

Contributions

Each month, I dedicate a portion of my practice's proceeds to support Girls on the Run's mission.

By choosing to work with me, you're not only investing in your own spiritual growth and alignment — you're also contributing to a powerful ripple of healing that reaches young girls across the country, helping them rise into their fullest, most radiant selves.

Join me in supporting Girls on the Run as we work toward a world where every girl knows her worth, trusts her strength, and shines her light without apology.
