It typically takes 40-80 hours for full integration
Your body and energy system are adjusting to the changes
You may experience some resistance or emotional processing
It's important to be patient and gentle with yourself
Drinking water, using Resonate Essences, and resting can support the process
Integration time depends on an individual’s personal situation. The more work done with Jac the more integration time diminishes! It's about consistency!

Each Path involves a weekly session, plus time for integration and practice. I recommend setting aside 1 hour for the session and 20 mins for meditation in the morning and night as you move along the Path for optimal results.

No. The intention is to focus on one Path at a time for the deepest integration. (Ex: Path 4 requires completion of Path 1 & 2 as prerequisites.)
