The tracks are designed for lightworkers, healers, starseeds, and anyone committed to spiritual growth and planetary service. Whether you're just beginning your journey or looking to deepen your practice, there's a track for you.

Each track involves a weekly session, plus time for integration and practice. I recommend setting aside 1 hour for the session and 20 mins for meditation in the morning and night as you move along the track for optimal results.

No. The intention is to focus on one track at a time for the deepest integration. (Ex: Track 4 requires completion of Tracks 1 & 2 as prerequisites.)
