What I've discovered through my healing practice is that Christ energy has a very specific personality and approach. While divine grace flows gently like water, Christ consciousness is more active—it's a "get to work" energy that lovingly but firmly guides us toward alignment.
The Christ light reveals what isn't serving us with incredible clarity. It's that divine friend who loves you enough to say, "Hey, there's a better way to think about this. Want me to help you?" It shows us our shadows not to shame us, but to free us from patterns that keep us small.
