Lying is something we allowed in when we entered the density of this earth.

The ascension path itself brings you the opportunity to be truthful with who you are. To say, "I want to be exactly what I'm intended to be here. I want to be divine. I want to be the essence of Source that birthed me. I want to be myself."

Deep down, in the body, in the spirit, something is calling out for attention. And yet, so many of you wait.

The universe is always listening. Your guides are always available. You just have to ask!

Empowerment isn't about feeling good all the time. It isn't about positive affirmations that paper over real pain. And it definitely isn't about pretending you have it all together.

Your soul, working with divine councils, mapped out specific events, chose your family, and selected exactly which lessons you'd need to learn in this lifetime.

The truth that changed how I understand trauma

When we talk about your spiritual journey, we're really talking about three distinct aspects: your human self (including the ego), your soul, and your higher self. Understanding how these relate to each other is like receiving a map for your entire spiritual path.
